As one of the Founding Directors and a current co-leader of the business, Michele knows the importance in choosing your recruitment partner. Michele shares responsibility for the leadership of PPL and the day to day running of the business. This includes working with organisations on Preferred Supplier contracts, running projects for the recruitment of change or volume recruitment programmes and the orchestration of a number of the PPL workstreams.

Michele has an extensive history in recruitment and has worked in the executive recruitment field for the past 15 years, following a career in the aviation industry where she had senior operational and leadership roles both in New Zealand and Australia.

She has recruited extensively at senior management and CEO level and although her recruiting experience has ranged across all sectors, she has developed a strong working knowledge of the government policy sector market.
